Hi everyone Hope you all are ready for the 08 camping season. I myself can not Waite to get out in the great outdoors. About a year ago I found a list that I have tried to go to at least 3 during the yr. usparks.about.com/od/statep...eparks.htm This year we booked in Ohio the Hueston Woods State Park. In April the other two we have done already in past years. We are going to West V. in June and couldn't find one close enough to New river gorge but ooh well.....

Tue, April 22, 2008 - 7:04 PMGetting ready to live all over MA for the summer! Trail work rocks, you get to live in state parks for free, use their utilities for free, and sometimes they even feed you! You get to be the ones who decide where everyone else can walk!
Like the outdoors? Do them a favor! Volunteer! Most parks have trail work days for the public. Or, AMC(s) and SCA are great places to find out about fantastic hands-on stewardship opportunities! And no 14-day limit! YAY!
